Fourth and final action plan!

Steps needed to achieve the goal.
What will help us achieve this goal?(Enablers)
Possible barriers and how they could be overcome.
Who is responsible for this step?
Date this step will be achieved by.
Collecting all the clothes around the school, and the schools outside of this school.
Then hand it over to the city mission.
When we are going to the city mission, the lady that works there is going to show us around
Give the school a reminder e.g a poster so they can remember to bring in the clothes that is left around their house so that we could collect them.

Being polite to the people that goes to city mission/people who works there.
If we go collecting clothes and there's barely any clothes that has been handed in, it's ok, we can try and get some from our families and ask if they have spare clothes.

Me and my group isn’t sure on what our action is.

So we need to achieve on what we’re doing on our action. Making sure if we’re all in to it and if we all agree on what our action is
By working together and bringing all our ideas together. After figuring out what our action is, we show it to our teacher if they have any feedback to it.
Actions we picked:
:carwash
:Fun day(fair)
:Pet day
:Making christmas food/clothes/decoration to the homeless
We will actually make a doc and share it to our group, then we can decide on which idea is best.
On the other side, we’re meeting a lady from the city mission to talk about homeless people, how they live and what kind of routine they do every morning
